Welcome to Efendim!
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the Efendim Mobile App, namely; Efendim, which is operated by the Shkear Group Company.
Should you continue to browse and use this application, you shall acknowledge that you are wholly agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, denoted below, and such compliance shall all be through your free and open consent and which together with our privacy policy shall govern Efendim’s relationship with you in relation to this application and its other domains and portals. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions and do not abide by them and follow them accordingly, then we encourage you to please not use our application or make use of our services.
Efendim, its representatives, management, staff, and employees shall be henceforth referred to as simply “Efendim” and the accepting party; who is the user or viewer of Efendim’s mobile app shall henceforth be simply referred to as the “ Accepting party ”.
It is of great importance that the accepting party takes the time to carefully read these terms & conditions, as their acceptance and acknowledgment shall make these terms binding upon the accepting party. Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. They are as per the following;
DEFINITIONS
Offer: These refer to any and all products and services that are offered by Efendim. These offers are exclusive to their respective business partners that offer them and such offers can be availed and ordered by the accepting party.
Order: The availing of offers and services by an accepting party through Efendim and its overall platform.
Customer: Also known as the “accepting party” as per our terms of service, any individuals who make use of the Efendim platform and make use of the offered services shall be considered customers.
Platform: This encompasses everything which includes the Efendim brand name and all its subsequent assets, affiliations, and subsidiaries, including but not limited to; the application of the same name, any and all apps that operate through Efendim and any and all means and portals given access by Efendim to the accepting party through the aforementioned assets.
Service: The services offered to the accepting party by Efendim through its assets, including the relaying of orders that are made by its customers and the accepting parties. It is important to note that Efendim shall not be responsible for any fault or loss or damage incurred by the accepting party through the actions of the affiliate businesses that they order from. All orders are to be made with caution and it shall be expected that the accepting party and the respective business in question must resolve any and all issues incurred by and between the both of them.
Contract: An agreement between the accepting party and a respective business regarding an order including delivery or collection of any specific order. Parties to the contract are the customer and the respective business. Efendim shall not be involved in any dealings.

GENERAL INFORMATION ;
- All the contents of the application pages included within this application are for your general information and use only and it is subject to change without notice at any time.
- Neither Efendim nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this application for any particular purpose. All information presented to the accepting party in regard to any of their services and offers shall be interpreted to be relayed to the accepting party as true and accurate and without any errors and any discrepancy in the aforementioned information shall fall to the advertiser to answer for. The accepting party must acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law and Efendim shall do all they can to terminate any misinformation where relayed when it is brought to our attention.
- The accepting party’s use and reliance upon of any and all information or materials or offers relayed to them on this application is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this application meet your specific requirements and meet your specific standards.
- This application contains material that is owned by and/or licensed to Efendim through proper legal channels. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics of the overall look of the application. Reproduction of any of the aforementioned is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
- All trademarks reproduced in this application, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the application.
- Any unauthorized use of this application may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense by Efendim and its representatives, upper management, and agents.
- From time to time, this application may also include links to other applications. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the application (s). Efendim shall bear no responsibility for the content of the linked application or applications, however, it shall be noted that all applications linked through Efendim shall be approved by Efendim first.
- The accepting party’s use of this application and any dispute arising out of such use of the application is subject to the relevant laws practiced in all of Türkiye that concern such matters and that have the relevant jurisdiction to do so. Subsequently, Efendim shall try its best to employ dispute resolution by and between itself and the accepting party in any matter that requires such action.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACCEPTING PARTIES AND RESTAURANTS ;
The following are some demarcations made to better illustrate what the relationship by and between the accepting party and the respective business where they order shall be generally like;
- The contract between the respective business and the accepting party shall come into effect as soon as the aforementioned accepting party places the order at the end of the ordering process on the platform and clicks on the "Order" button. And such an order shall be confirmed by Efendim.
- The Respective business where the order is received shall reserve the right to cancel any order with a justified reason provided.
- Efendim may charge a delivery fee from the accepting party.
- It shall be the accepting party’s responsibility to make themselves available to receive any delivery order that they make through Efendim. And it shall be their responsibility to be available at the designated delivery address.
- When ordering, delivering, or collecting orders containing alcoholic products or other age-restricted substances, Efendim and the respective business will require the accepting party to identify themselves in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If the accepting party is unable to provide sufficient identification and verification or is under the minimum legal age of consumption of such products in Türkiye , the alcoholic products in the order will not be delivered.
MISCELLANEOUS ;
- The law of the Federal Republic of Türkiye applies exclusively, excluding the UN sales law.
- Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions (or parts thereof) be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the agreement between the accepting party and Efendim application.
ADD NEW ADVERTISEMENT AND AGREE
When adding a new advertisement, it will not appear within the application until after reviewing the advertisement by a specialized team and approving it, and any user who abuses the application will be banned
